Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations: Ensure daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with operations standards, including the processing of title, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and monitor processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of title and settlement transactions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure quality customer service by monitoring and responding to customer service management systems.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and adhere to departmental budgets, focusing on expense reduction and maximizing revenue.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Market the value of PulteGroup to customers, realtors, and other lenders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop branch staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Management Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports, including performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling to meet department needs.
  • Training and Development: Identify and provide training opportunities for staff to develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting PulteGroup's values and culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of escrow operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Notary public and escrow officer licenses required.
  • Skills: Effective communication, presentation, and organization skills; ability to work in a multi-location team environment.
