Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and humidity. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
