Job Description
Wide Effect is currently seeking a Large Scale Construction Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. This includes developing project plans, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Estimated Salary: $170,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including site management, labor, and material procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with large commercial projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
