About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Market Street Talent, Inc. This is a fully onsite role that requires a strong understanding of financial systems and technical expertise in Oracle Hyperion suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Design and develop applications to provide business teams with quality solutions.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Research, identify, resolve, and document technical issues with Hyperion applications, providing guidance and technical leadership to the Development and Operations teams.
  • Enhancement and Feature Design: Spearhead the design of enhancements and new product features, driving a culture of continuous improvement and collaborating with support teams to troubleshoot technical and business issues effectively.
  • System Performance Optimization: Collaborate with QA to create test plans, optimize and monitor system performance, and provide timely resolution to emergency production issues, questions, and defects.
  • Software Modification: Modify existing software to provide new functionality, correct errors, improve performance, or adapt for new integrations.
  • Functional and Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve HFM functional and technical issues and database issues by working with technical staff, functional users, and extended support organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience: 8 or more years of development experience with Oracle Hyperion suite, especially FDMEE, HFM, and EPBCS.
  • Skills: Strong experience designing workflow and metadata management and design in HFM, experience with cloud and on-prem Hyperion applications, proficiency in at least one programming language, and VBscripts.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or Oracle.
  • Accounting Background: Accounting background strongly preferred.
