Financial Systems Expertise:

Enterprise System Integration & Strategy:
Lead the design and implementation of integrations between financial systems and other enterprise applications. Architect solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy and enable cross-functional data flow and reporting.

Solution Design & Process Automation:
Analyze business processes and design technical solutions that streamline workflows and identify repetitive tasks for automation opportunities. Collaborate with business units and vendors to architect solutions that address operational needs.

System Performance Optimization:
Design and implement performance monitoring tools and strategies for financial and HR systems. Identify bottlenecks and architect optimization strategies to enhance system reliability and process efficiency.

Security Architecture & Access Control:

Skills and Requirements

Extensive experience architecting solutions for financial and HRIS systems, including NetSuite, Workday, and complex enterprise system integrations.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to design compliant solutions for regulated environments, with experience in SOX and audit readiness.

Strong analytical skills with experience resolving complex technical issues and optimizing system performance.
