Requirements
  • Minimum Age: 23 years.
  • Experience: 1 year of driving tractor trailers; tanker experience a plus.
  • Medical Certification: Must be medically examined and certified by an Ergon Trucking-recognized physician as physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
  • CDL and Endorsements: Must have a valid CDL and tanker endorsement; HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
  • TWIC Card: Candidate must already have or be able to acquire a TWIC card at time of employment.
  • Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months; no conviction within the last 36 months for any serious traffic violation; no drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years; no criminal record (felonies).

Ergon Trucking INC provides a flexible and responsive transportation system that assures the strategic pick up and delivery of crude oil, asphalt, process oils, lubes, chemicals, caustics, and a wide range of liquid products. We serve external customers as well as other Ergon companies.

We deliver crude to refineries from fields in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas. We deliver asphalt and sensitive process oil products across the lower 48 and Canada, always working hard to ensure each product maintains integrity throughout transport.
