Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As an OTR Flatbed Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Responsibilities:

  • Safely Operate a Heavy or Tractor-Trailer Truck: You will be responsible for safely operating a heavy or tractor-trailer truck, ensuring the safe transportation of goods and materials.
  • Load and Unload Cargo: You will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured and transported to its destination.
  • Properly Track and Document Activity Log: You will be responsible for properly tracking and documenting your activity log, including hours worked, miles driven, and any incidents that may occur.
  • Report Any Issues or Incidents to Dispatch: You will be responsible for reporting any issues or incidents to dispatch, ensuring that they are properly addressed and resolved.
  • Inspect the Truck Before and After the Trip: You will be responsible for inspecting the truck before and after the trip, ensuring that it is in good working condition and that any issues are properly addressed.

Qualifications:

  • No FMCSA Violations: You must have no FMCSA violations, ensuring that you are a safe and reliable driver.
  • Less than Six Hours of Violation Exposure During the Quarter: You must have less than six hours of violation exposure during the quarter, ensuring that you are a safe and reliable driver.
  • No Preventable or At-Fault Accidents: You must have no preventable or at-fault accidents, ensuring that you are a safe and reliable driver.
  • No Traffic Citations: You must have no traffic citations, ensuring that you are a safe and reliable driver.
  • Complete ProTread Lessons Monthly: You must complete ProTread lessons monthly, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest safety procedures and protocols.
  • Report All Work-Related Injuries the Day They Occur: You must report all work-related injuries the day they occur, ensuring that they are properly addressed and resolved.

Compensation:

  • Weekly Minimum Guarantee: The weekly minimum guarantee is $1,200 gross.
  • Max Pay: Max pay is 58 CPM.
  • Longevity Additional Pay: You will receive longevity additional pay, ensuring that your compensation increases over time.
  • PTO and Vacation Pay: You will receive PTO and vacation pay, ensuring that you have time off to relax and recharge.

Supplementary Compensation:

  • Layover Pay: You will receive layover pay of $25.00 per day.
  • Load Less than 100 Miles: You will receive $25.00 for loads less than 100 miles.
  • Extra Stop Pay: You will receive $25.00 per stop for extra stops.
  • Tarp Pay: You will receive $30.00 for tarp pay.
  • Breakdown Pay: You will receive $150.00 per day for breakdown pay.
  • Orientation Pay: You will receive $100.00 per day for orientation pay.
  • Trainer Pay: You will receive $100.00 per day for trainer pay.
  • Recruiting Bonus: You will receive a recruiting bonus of 1 cpm.
  • Safety Bonus: You will receive a safety bonus, ensuring that your compensation increases over time.
