Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their wireless needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions and discounts offered by our clients and provide personalized recommendations to customers
  • Manage sales contracts and confidential customer information in our POS system
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to track customer engagement trends and campaign data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or objections in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required

  • Professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new wireless products and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
