The Team – Strategy & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience. We guide clients through major transactions, new system implementations, and organizational challenges. Our expertise includes business strategy development and execution on transformation initiatives in operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

Your Impact

Lead teams serving clients across various industries, demonstrating executive presence with C-level client counterparts. Provide expertise in buy-side and sell-side merger & carveout transactions, supporting activities through the end-to-end M&A lifecycle. Manage TSAs, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and aid in the transition process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead separation planning and integration planning phase by defining separated/integrated state platform strategy, identifying value creation opportunities, and performing core architecture disposition strategies.
  2. Interface with Private Equity operations and deal teams to inform on major risks, dependencies, decisions, and progress on transaction.
  3. Manage project economics, including tracking project budgets, creating and delivering invoices, and managing the collection process.
  4. Assess functional and technology investment strategies and compare respective operating models and organizational structures against leading practices and industry benchmarks.
  5. Support storyline development for project teams, drawing together data analysis, visualizations, recommendations, and financial impacts into a cohesive deliverable.
  6. Candidate must have a BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline and 8 years of experience helping companies undergo major transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

A Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business-related undergraduate degree) and experience in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP are preferred.
