Interpath Laboratory is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/Processor to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our clinical laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of laboratory operations, including patient reception, specimen collection, processing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members
- Retrieve and process blood samples and other specimens for laboratory testing
- Perform data entry and verify specimen information for accuracy
- Handle and package samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity
- Comply with safety protocols, HIPAA policies, and quality assurance standards
- Cover work shifts at different sites as needed to ensure smooth operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- WA Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and cover different sites
