As a Service Director, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while also training and leading the restaurant crew to provide excellent customer service.

This role requires you to be on your feet, working while clocked in, unless on break. If you're not busy, you'll be expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed and assist others with those tasks.

In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served, helping to resolve food quality issues, supporting food safety, and helping to resolve customer incidents. You'll also be responsible for monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules, as well as developing and cross-training all front-of-house crew.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have Chipotle Crew member and/or Kitchen Leader experience, be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy, have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures, and have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

**The Opportunity**

As a Service Director, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served

* Help resolve food quality issues

* Support food safety

* Help resolve customer incidents

* Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules

* Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew

* Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties

* Ensure office equipment remains in working order and make sure office supplies are ordered as necessary

**What You'll Bring to the Table**

* Chipotle Crew member and/or Kitchen Leader experience

* Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

* Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures

* Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters

* Familiarity with office paperwork

* Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

* High school diploma

* Restaurant experience

An estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
