We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Southcoast Health System. As a member of our Rehabilitation Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Under the supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, you will perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department.

Key responsibilities include providing therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patients capabilities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure in Occupational Therapy by the Board of Registration in Medicine of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification.

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs.
