Overview

Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist to contribute to our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our Neuroscience Institute, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and neurorehabilitation services for patients with a range of neurological conditions. This will involve collaborating with neurologists, physiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, including the ability to administer and interpret a wide range of neuropsychological tests. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications
  • PhD or PsyD from an American Psychological Association accredited program in clinical psychology or clinical neuropsychology.
  • Completion of a two-year postdoctoral residency program in Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
  • At least three+ years of clinical experience in the evaluation and treatment of neurological and cognitive disorders.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary team environment and utilizing electronic medical records systems.
