Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the installation of roofing systems, including designating material staging areas, training crew personnel, and managing labor and material resources.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure that all projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Crew Management: Supervise and support a team of experienced roofers, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit daily job reports, time sheets, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of success in project management and crew supervision.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
Working Conditions
