Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless contract formation and execution
  • Manage and maintain organized prior quote data for effective target pricing and quick turnaround times
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure offers balance with both IPS' and customer's needs
  • Maintain all sales opportunities in CRM database with sales team
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training preferred
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office software or CRM required
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
