Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and medical histories.

  • Draw blood and administer medications as directed.
  • Handle administrative duties including answering calls, registering patients, scheduling appointments, and managing billing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • One year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Six months of experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
  • Phlebotomy certification.
