Job Summary

**Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity**

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions for both individual patients and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified areas of need.
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on effective communication techniques and strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and stay current with best practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Certification: CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate and patient-focused approach to therapy.
