Role Summary
The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for our clients' customers. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service to foster a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders received via email, dropship accounts, or EDI.
- Input orders into the company system with a focus on accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Prepare, match, and scan orders for various warehouses as required.
- Monitor and manage open order and back-order reports.
- Cancel orders and communicate updates to customers as necessary.
- Coordinate with UPS/FedEx for claims when needed.
- Review invoiced orders and issue credits, RA, Call Tags, RADs, and Credit Memos as appropriate.
- Provide daily inventory updates to customers.
- Respond to emails and deliver courteous service for each dropship customer inquiry.
- Offer product and inventory updates to customers throughout the year.
- Assist with setups for new products and removals based on VLOOKUP results.
- Maintain accurate and current product information on customer sites.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
- Energetic team player who enjoys engaging with customers.
- Strong attention to detail for effective tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reading comprehension.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
