We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ERC Pathlight in Seattle. As a clinical professional, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on treatment and support to patients struggling with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions.

About the Role

In this position, you will serve patients daily by performing a full range of psychiatric nursing services, including planning, administering, and evaluating patient care in accordance with treatment plans. You will also conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment, administer medical treatment as prescribed by physicians, and participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient progress, problems, and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a member of the therapeutic team
  • Implement appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned patients
  • Conduct and document thorough assessments of patients' medical status
  • Administer medical treatment as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
  • Active state Registered Nurse license
  • ADN or BSN in Nursing
