A successful State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified individual to become part of their dynamic team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about insurance choices.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to achieving success daily.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must possess one of the following licenses and be willing to obtain the other: Property & Casualty license and/or Life and Health license
