Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for our platform, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Respond to incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and identify root cause analysis of incidents.
  • Support complex application stacks across multiple AWS-based cloud environments.
  • Optimize costs of the platform.
  • Provide guidance on SRE best practices and technologies.
  • Automate deployment of cloud-based resources to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on build experience in AWS Cloud ecosystem, including EKS.
  • Strong Linux skills, good knowledge of network and data management.
  • Excellent understanding of IaC principles, with hands-on experience using Terraform.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
  • Experience with container technologies and tooling, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Experience deploying apps to Kubernetes.
  • Experience using code analysis and security tools, such as Semgrep and BlackDuck.
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as groovy, bash, or python.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog.
  • Successful Agile delivery experience.
  • Ability to use a wide range of open-source tools.
