Job Description

Job Title: Luxury Home Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Home Construction Project Manager to oversee all construction projects in our client's residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing day-to-day construction details and decisions for luxury residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all construction and renovation projects in the client's residential portfolio.
  • Travel to and inspect work and homes to ensure the work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Establish systems and standards to ensure residences are maintained in pristine condition.
  • Provide an annual list of proposed capital expenditures by property to the client's accountant.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience managing day-to-day construction details and decisions for luxury residential properties.
  • Knowledge of best industry practices and general compliance/permit requirements throughout the US.
  • A bachelor's degree or a strong background in the trades is preferred.
  • Impeccable professional history with excellent verifiable references.
  • Solid executive skill set. Mature, positive, proactive, and persistent.
  • Superior process, project, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to properties is required and all expenses are paid.

Work Schedule:

Generally, Monday through Friday, business hours, flexibility is required.

Compensation:

The client is prepared to pay $175,000-$225,000 base annual salary plus benefits.
