Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Schueller & Associates, a reputable independent insurance agency representing numerous leading insurance providers, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to enhance our service team.
The ideal candidate will possess a current property and casualty license and familiarity with AMS 360 or a comparable management system.
Your role will involve engaging directly with both current and prospective clients, collaborating closely with various agents to manage their personal lines accounts. Additionally, you may assist with small commercial accounts as required.
This position requires in-office attendance four days a week.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance field.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance and hold a valid State of WI insurance license. Training will be provided for small commercial lines accounts.
- Exceptional phone etiquette along with strong verbal, written, and follow-up communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.
- The successful candidate should be capable of working independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
