Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced paraprofessional to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist.

Salary: $22-$27 hourly rate

Responsibilities
  • Support special education classrooms with mild, moderate or severe behaviors
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism Spectrum Students, Non-Verbal Students, ADHD Students, and Elopers
  • Develop good communication skills and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers and staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of paraprofessional or special education experience required
  • CPR and First Aid training is a must
  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree is preferred
  • Paraprofessional Certificate or Credentials in State Employment is a plus
  • School experience is essential
