Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Input invoices and collect necessary documentation from vendors
  • Prepare aging reports
  • Select invoices for payment processing
  • Issue payments and create positive pay files
  • Maintain check registers
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile receipt forms with cash and checks
  • Prepare bank deposits and ensure timely delivery
  • Record cash and credit card transactions in Excel
  • Review and post receipts to Sage 50 with appropriate GL codes
