Warehouse Operations Specialist

Ryder is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Snellville, Georgia. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation of shipments.
- Perform picking and packing duties, including packaging and labeling of orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English.
