Job Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to patients and staff. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for patients and staff, utilizing recipes and following department safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor tray line and cafeteria replenishment to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Set up food supplies and utensils for daily preparation and may assist with catering activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of institutional food service experience as a cook or completion of a culinary certificate program preferred.
