Job Summary

As a Quality Inspector at TRIGO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality inspections and audits on incoming materials to ensure they meet our specifications and fitness for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections and audits on incoming materials using hand gaging and visual techniques.
  • Identify and contain non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies.
  • Rectify non-conforming material by rework, sorting, and/or scrapping as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Determine the tools and equipment needed to perform the job.
  • Grind, sand, clean, and oil parts and/or sub-assemblies using hand tools or equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with managers, supervisors, and production sources. You will also need to be able to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
