About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Expert to join our team at BrickRed Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving critical projects and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Reporting Solutions: Lead the development and implementation of regulatory reporting solutions for US/APAC/EMEA regulators.
  • AxiomSL Controller View Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Axiom scripting language to design and deploy Axiom Controller View objects such as Data Sources, Data Models, Aggregation, and more.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, ensuring end-to-end implementation of solutions.
  • Development and Testing: Perform coding, debugging, and modification of source code based on specifications, managing the entire development lifecycle from DEV to UAT.
  • Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, driving continuous improvement and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Database and System Administration: Leverage your knowledge of Database SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle Database to enhance the performance and functionality of solutions.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Work on UNIX shell scripting, application server maintenance, and other related tasks to support project needs.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performance culture by embracing Agile methodologies and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Axiom Regulatory Tool development, with a focus on Axiom Controller View (v9 is a must; v10 is preferred).
  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting for US/APAC/EMEA regulators.
  • Strong background in Software Design & Development, particularly in Data Warehousing & Regulatory Reporting within the Banking and Finance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with MAS610, MAS1003, BASEL III, and LCR reporting.
  • Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS (19c/12c/11g) and Unix shell scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in AxiomSL Controller View is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Axiom V10.
  • Working knowledge of Control M and Unix.
  • Familiarity with Taxonomy reports.
