Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the anodizing process, from pre-treatment to sealing, to optimize efficiency and quality control.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance procedures to meet customer specifications and industry standards consistently.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, strategizing and implementing improvements.
  • Mentor and guide a team of technicians and operators, fostering high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, implementing best practices for waste management and pollution prevention.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve company goals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes and production data, preparing reports for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum extrusion anodizing, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of anodizing processes and quality control measures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to process optimization.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
