Job Title: ClubLife Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ClubLife Concierge to join our team at Invited Clubs in Wake Forest, North Carolina. As a ClubLife Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional Member experiences, creating memorable moments, and exceeding expectations.

About the Role:

The ClubLife Concierge will be responsible for:

  • Providing warm welcomes and personalized service to Members and guests
  • Creating magic moments through proactive engagement and attention to detail
  • Ensuring a seamless experience for Members and guests throughout their visit
  • Assisting with Member Experience initiatives, such as event announcements and marketing collateral
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and front entrance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
