ClubLife Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ClubLife Concierge to join our team at Invited Clubs in Wake Forest, North Carolina. As a ClubLife Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional Member experiences, creating memorable moments, and building lasting relationships.

• Provide warm welcomes to Members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit.
• Develop and implement creative initiatives to create magic moments, such as personalized experiences, special events, and surprise gestures.
• Collaborate with the Member Experience Team to design and deliver Fond Farewells, ensuring a lasting impression on Members and guests.
• Assist with project work, including event planning, marketing initiatives, and Member communications.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Club services, features, and amenities, and communicate this information to Members and guests in a clear and concise manner.

• Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role.
• Service-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competent in working with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
