At Royale Company, we are seeking a skilled Concierge Attendant to join our team at various of our managed buildings throughout Boston.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $16-$20 per hour, with opportunities for full-time and part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Verify and record visitor information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Answer calls professionally, providing directions or instructions for the building as needed.
  • Receive and process incoming mail/packages, prioritizing efficient communication.
  • Monitor lobby traffic, alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors, promoting transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proven customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Showcase friendly, outgoing, and personable traits, ensuring a positive interaction with all stakeholders.
  • Possess basic computer and typing skills, enabling efficient data entry and record-keeping.

Schedule Flexibility:

  • Available for overnights, evenings, day shifts, including weekends.
  • Open to full-time and part-time opportunities, accommodating individual needs and preferences.
