Position Description
The Lead Project Strategist plays a crucial role in steering large-scale projects from the initial identification of opportunities through research, feasibility assessments, and feature definition, all the way to successful business integration and tracking of success metrics. This position requires a dynamic and proactive leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate expertise in the credit union and automotive leasing sectors, including knowledge of market participants and industry trends. Advocate for our clients (credit unions, dealers, and lessees) by fostering strong, impactful relationships and incorporating their feedback into the development process. Collaborate effectively across departments, actively seeking input from sales, marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment. Prioritize enhancement requests from both external and internal sources, mediating between stakeholders to adjust the strategic product backlog as new demands arise. Take ownership of integration requirements, specifications, and implementation plans for relevant systems. Focus on user experience and outcomes by working closely with UX teams to create engaging and thoughtful user journeys. Partner with technology teams to ensure the delivery of a premier product, managing the entire feature delivery cycle. Guarantee thorough testing of products to meet quality standards before launch. Communicate effectively and efficiently across all channels. Develop marketing materials, presentations, webinars, and training content to support product initiatives.Qualifications
Proven leadership skills with the ability to articulate a product vision and inspire a cross-functional engineering team. Experience in auto finance, credit unions, and vehicle leasing is advantageous. Familiarity with financial technology markets is preferred. A strong passion for developing innovative solutions and collaborating closely with engineering teams. Extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback effectively. Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs beyond their stated requests. A data-driven mindset for decision-making, while also trusting intuition when data is limited. Analytical capabilities for evaluating and executing trade-off decisions. Clear and concise communication style with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience presenting to senior leadership and managing sensitive customer interactions. Proven track record of fulfilling commitments. Ability to influence team dynamics and work independently. Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and project management tools. Willingness to travel as required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management. A bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus is mandatory.Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually. The specific compensation will be determined based on various factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, education, and applicable credentials.Benefits:
