  • Participating in the processing of new shipments, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Contributing to a clean and organized receiving and back stock area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

As a Material Handler/Freight Handler, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a forklift, floor jack, and hand truck to move materials and merchandise.
  • Loading and unloading freight, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and move materials and merchandise.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
