This full-time position involves serving as a primary care provider in our renowned Diabetes Center, where you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive care plans for patients, often collaborating with supervising physicians to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and emerging research
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain professional competencies through ongoing education and training
  • Promote patient empowerment and engagement through effective communication and counseling

Qualifications:

  • NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required
  • Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies, along with current National Certification, is essential
  • CPR-BLS Certification must be obtained at the time of appointment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in primary care or specialty areas preferred

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, estimated to range between $120,000-$180,000 annually, depending on factors such as location and seniority.
