Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the restoration process, from initial assessment to completion, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Partner with a Project Coordinator to ensure all paperwork is completed on time, review estimates, and confirm budgets and work orders.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and meet operational objectives, including Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of residential/commercial construction experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 5-40 lbs, remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods, and move about to accomplish tasks.
