We are seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist who will be instrumental in helping our patients leverage their health insurance benefits for mental health treatment. This role focuses on assessing and communicating patient eligibility.
This full-time position is located at our corporate offices, with standard working hours from 8am to 6pm (EST). We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20 (based on qualifications and experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and verifying insurance coverage and mental health benefits.
- Identifying necessary insurance criteria for verification tasks.
- Engaging with insurance providers to obtain coverage estimates.
- Exploring cost-effective insurance solutions for patients.
- Keeping precise patient insurance documentation within the EHR system.
- Clearly recording insurance information.
