COMPENSATION
Estimated earnings range from $35,000 to $43,000 annually.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Delivering personal and nursing care in alignment with the resident care plan.
- Facilitating and engaging in activities.
- Monitoring and responding to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assisting residents in preparing for various activities both inside and outside the center.
- Ensuring that all resident care is provided respectfully and with dignity.
- Performing basic nursing care procedures as required.
- Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents while ensuring their needs are met.
- Meeting residents' food service needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Keeping accurate documentation of residents' daily living activities, restorative programs, and specific forms.
- Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, including safety and infection control standards.
- Attending and participating in scheduled training and educational programs to maintain certification and enhance care quality.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
