COMPENSATION
Estimated earnings range from $35,000 to $43,000 annually.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNA, your duties will include:
- Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Delivering personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan.
- Facilitating and engaging in resident activities.
- Monitoring and addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment for residents.
- Assisting residents in preparing for various activities within and outside the facility.
- Ensuring that all care provided is dignified and respectful.
- Performing basic nursing care procedures as needed.
- Creating a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
- Timely and compassionate fulfillment of residents' food service needs.
- Keeping accurate documentation of daily living activities, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms.
- Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety standards.
- Participating in scheduled training and educational programs to maintain certification and enhance care quality.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
