Responsibilities:

Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the entire loan process by educating clients and providing recommendations aligned with their financial requirements.

Manage account oversight, including collection communications and recovery strategies while prioritizing customer service to mitigate losses and charge-off accounts.

Foster customer relationships and execute daily inbound and outbound call campaigns to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition.

Maximize customer success by suggesting ancillary products that meet their needs.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to Customer Service Representatives to elevate the team's potential.

Help maintain a work environment that adheres to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Utilize your personal vehicle for bank deposits and other Company-related tasks throughout the workday. Monitor and uphold the internal and external appearance of the store, addressing basic facility needs and coordinating maintenance services.


Adapt efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demanding tasks with ease to achieve individual and team performance objectives.

Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.

A full-time work schedule for this position encompasses, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.* *Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hours required for this position may be subject to change by brand entity and at the sole discretion of the Company.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience. Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

Background check required (subject to applicable law). Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include:

the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to navigate inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Associate degree or higher. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations. What We Offer:
