About the Position

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of 50-75 staff members in a high-volume setting
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
