Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Insights Analyst to join our Restaurant Benchmarking & Costing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and analytical expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high degree of subject matter expertise in menu and ingredient costing systems.
  • Perform and present theoretical menu item profitability analysis for new development or changes to existing menu items.
  • Interface with partners to produce menu item development financial reports and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to innovate and automate our current product suite.
  • Represent the team in recurring, cross-functional project team meetings and proactively intake needs of Partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience and understanding of data systems and structures.
  • Proven ability to write robust SQL queries or high proficiency in another data transformation tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to executive leadership or upper-level management.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical agility.
  • Experience in Tableau or another data visualization tool.
