Overview

Mercy is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Clinic Patient Access Center as a Patient Access Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient messages in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette and provide patients with general information regarding appointments, messages, or general Mercy questions
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Meet productivity standards and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Telephone Customer Service experience or Face-to-Face Customer Service experience or Previous Healthcare experience
  • Data Entry skills and ability to multi-task
  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
  • Type 60 wpm
