Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ATA Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD and CAE software tools such as NX, Femap, and Simcenter Nastran.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing and sales plan consistent with company strategy, goals, and objectives. This will involve developing technical software tutorials and videos to increase customer interest, hosting on-site and online seminars, and executing live software demonstrations.

The candidate will also be responsible for identifying customers' software problems and providing technical software support, as well as providing account management support for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pipeline processes for lead generation, qualification, and closure
  • Assume a supporting role in identifying, developing, shaping, and closing software opportunities to achieve ATA's business revenue and profit goals
  • Organize and develop software-related marketing materials for customer and internal use
  • Develop technical software tutorials and videos to increase customer interest
  • Host on-site and online seminars and execute live software demonstrations
  • Identify customers' software problems and provide technical software support
  • Provide account management support for new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering from an accredited college/university with an excellent academic record
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Engineering experience with CAD and CAE software tools such as NX, Femap, and Simcenter Nastran
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be a US Person

Salary Ranges (2024):

Entry-Mid Career Level: $80,000-$165,000 per year

Manager/Director Level: $145,000-$285,000 per year
