Trusts & Estates Attorney - Estate Planning and Administration

Margolis Bloom & D'Agostino, a leading elder law and estate planning firm, seeks an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team in Wellesley. The ideal candidate will focus on estate plan drafting, probate and trust administration, adult guardianship and conservatorship court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing trust and estate planning documents
- Meeting with clients to oversee the execution of estate plans
- Drafting and filing probate pleadings with the probate court
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Preparation of estate tax returns and trust accountings
The successful candidate will be self-reliant, confident, and organized, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
