Trust and Estate Attorney

As a Trust and Estate Attorney at Jobot, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a wide range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, trust administration, and estate tax returns. You will draft, review, and amend various estate planning documents, conduct thorough research on complex legal and tax-related issues, and prepare and file estate tax returns in a timely and accurate manner. You will also collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop effective estate plans that meet clients' financial and personal objectives. Additionally, you will represent clients in probate court proceedings and manage all aspects of trust administration.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney. You will also need proven experience in estate planning and trust administration, proficiency in drafting standard estate planning documents, and strong research skills with the ability to handle complex legal and tax-related issues.
