Palliative Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at a 454-bed hospital in Oregon. As a consultative physician, you will work with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, social workers, and chaplains to provide high-quality care to adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative services for patients with complex medical needs
- Initial HNP and adjustment of living and quality of life plans
- Medication management and system management
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to create patient plans
Requirements:
- Board certification in Palliative Medicine
- At least 2 years of experience in Palliative Care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
