Palliative Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at a 454-bed hospital in Oregon. As a consultative physician, you will work with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, social workers, and chaplains to provide high-quality care to adult patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative services for patients with complex medical needs
  • Initial HNP and adjustment of living and quality of life plans
  • Medication management and system management
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to create patient plans

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Palliative Medicine
  • At least 2 years of experience in Palliative Care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
