Nurse Practitioner

Join Northern Light Health as a Registered Nurse I and embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. As a beginning professional caregiver, you will establish a professional identity and take on the responsibilities of delivering patient care to assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Practice nursing according to the Rules and Regulations defined in the State of Maine Nurse Practice Act, Northern Light Health Standards of Care/Practice, policies and procedures.
- Deliver patient care to assigned patients and supervise other qualified staff to whom you have delegated patient care.
- Plan and evaluate nursing care for patients and families, exercising independent judgment in implementing care.
- Address physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of patients and coordinate the plan of care with other healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- No previous experience required.
