Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Oak Grove Center in Waterville, ME. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager to achieve center-specific goals and priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with Center Leadership to improve the lives of our residents through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
  • Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
